my first vegan cupcake endeavor:

okay, so they dont really look like cupcakes..hmm perhaps more like little tarts.

and maybe, yeah you had to use a fork to eat them..

but they were still yummy! and all i needed in the end (three disastrous batches later) was an oven that worked :)
